1. Order Confirmation and Payments

• Upon receiving your order, we will send a detailed confirmation within 2 business days.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the build process.

• The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.

• Standard build time: 6–8 months from deposit payment.

• Complex custom designs may require additional time.

• Estimated completion dates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

• Customers will receive regular build updates every 2–4 weeks.

 

2. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard U.S. shipping: 5–10 business days.

• International shipping: 10–20 business days.

• All instruments are fully insured during transit.

• Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

• Shipping costs are calculated separately.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

• Prices include basic hardware and standard options.

• Custom features or modifications may incur additional charges.

• We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and PayPal.

• International payments must clear before production begins.

• All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

 

4. Warranty and Returns

• Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

• Excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications.

• Electronics: 1-year coverage from delivery date.

• Hardware: 2-year coverage from delivery date.

• Custom instruments are non-returnable due to their unique nature.

• In case of manufacturing defects, repair or replacement will be provided.

• Shipping costs for warranty repairs are covered by the Company within the first year.

 

5. Order Changes and Cancellation

• Minor modifications during the build process may be accommodated at our discretion.

• Major changes after production begins may incur additional charges.

• Design freezes occur 14 days after deposit payment.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of deposit: full refund.

• Cancellations after production begins: deposit is non-refundable.

• Late-stage cancellations may incur additional charges.

 

6. International Customers

 

6.1 Import Duties and Taxes

• Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges.

• We provide accurate customs declarations for all shipments.

• Customers must verify local regulations and requirements.

 

6.2 International Shipping

• Full insurance coverage on all international shipments.

• Custom packaging designed for international transit.

• Assistance with customs documentation is provided.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

7.1 Design Rights

• Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Shahar Bergman Bass Guitars.

• Photos of completed instruments may be used for promotional purposes.

• Customer privacy and confidentiality are maintained for unique specifications.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

 

8.1 Communication

• Prompt responses are required for design approvals and questions.

• Delayed responses may impact the build timeline.

• Current contact information must be maintained throughout the build process.

 

8.2 Specifications

• Final approval of all specifications is required before production begins.

• Customer is responsible for the accuracy of custom specifications.

• Changes after approval may incur additional charges.

 

9. Force Majeure

• The Company is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Global health emergencies

  • Government actions or restrictions

 

10. Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.

 

10.2 Resolution Process

• Parties agree to attempt informal resolution first.

• Mediation is required before legal proceedings.

• Arbitration is available as an alternative to litigation.
